Approaching my 2 year mark (this coming January) for actively and aggressively teaching myself to draw/paint/illustrate, and with my recent positive experiences at my first convention it felt like as good a time as any to upgrade my DA account. Until this point in my life, art that I have created has always fallen into one pattern: Work on something until someone else expresses love for it, and then give it to them.
